RoboTech Education offers a 7 day return policy for any product that you have received damaged from us. We do not accept "Buyer's Remorse" returns under any circumstance. It is the buyer's responsibility to ship the product back to us via USPS, Fedex, or UPS. The shipping carrier will charge you for the shipment. Returns are only permitted on physical products in our store. We do not accept returns on any program files.
