Signs That Your NAO Needs A Factory Reset:
*NAO does not boot up completely.
*NAO will not function correctly.
*NAO will give you a 712 error code "I detected a system error: one of my software does not run properly. Please try to reboot me to fix the problem.
*NAO will give you a 713 error code "I can’t move anymore. I detected an error on <X> of my vital devices: <list of devices>. Please try to reboot me to fix the problem. "
*NAO will give you a 714 error code "I detected an error on <X> of my devices: <list of devices>. Please try to reboot me to fix the problem."
*NAO will give you a 400 error code "I can’t move. My current system is not compatible with my body".
*NAO will give you a 401 error code 
"I can’t move. My current system is way too old for my body".
*NAO will give you a 404 error code "Body not found.
 
Note: We do not guarantee that a factory reset will correct any issue(s) on your robot. If the problem still persists after we factory reset your robot. We will refund the entire service back to you excluding shipping costs.
 
WARNING: A factory reset will remove all personal data and applications installed on your robot. The username and password will set to default as "nao" and  "nao". Please ensure you fully understand this before purchasing our services.
 
HOW IT WORKS:
When you purchase this service, you will receive a PDF file containing important information regarding shipping your robot to us. When you ship your robot to the aformentioned address on the file, please ensure you ship the robot a long with the charger. Please be sure to package NAO well and in the original box to avoid higher shipping fees. You are responsible for purchasing a shipping label and a prepaid return shipping label. Please send the prepaid return shipping label with your robot.
